Jill Kazakoff

Settlement Services Coordinator

I.R.C.C. (Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada)

I have lived in Edson for the past 15 years and have worked in both Family Literacy and The Learning Center at Edson and District Community Learning.  I am looking forward to this exciting new position helping families who have immigrated to Canada feel at home in this vibrant community and in their schools.  I believe that feeling a part of your school community and of your community in general is incredibly valuable for your mental health and general well being and it is my goal to help newcomers feel as comfortable as possible in their new home!

I live with my husband, our two daughters, and our family dogs.   In our spare time we can all be found camping, doing outdoor activities or enjoying time at home.
