Course Descriptions
Basic Bookkeeping
Cost: $185
This workshop is designed for those with little or no bookkeeping experience. It is a great foundation if you need accounting software courses like ACCPAC Plus or Sage 50 Accounting, or if you are working in a small office and need to brush up on credits, journals, general ledgers, receivables, payables, and the posting process. A simple calculator is required for this class.
Sage Simply Accounting
Prerequisite: Basic Bookkeeping
Cost: $285
This course covers topics like setup, bills and cheques, customers and invoicing, payroll, inventory, projects, bank reconciliation, and year end reporting. Learn to produce effective monthly financial reports.
Excel Level 1
Prerequisite: Basic Windows skills
Cost: $185
Use Excel to design professional worksheets and charts. Topics include use of Excel basics, using the worksheet formulas and common functions, formatting worksheets, windows, printing and charts.
Excel Level 2
Cost: $185
Prerequisite: Excel Level 1
