Coping with the Stresses of Life Online via Zoom

Stress is an everyday fact, but not all stress is bad. How we respond to stressful experiences determines the impact stress has on our life. Topics will include; Where does stress come from? How does it grow? What can we do about it? We will look at these questions and come up with some answers that will help us deal with the inevitable hassles or major life changes that come our way.
